How to exercise: Log into your account to update your information, or email us with the corrections you need.
3. Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

- You withdraw consent (and no other legal basis exists)
- You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
- The data was unlawfully processed
- The data must be erased to comply with law

4. Right to Restriction of Processing

- You contest the accuracy of your data (while we verify it)
- The processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction over deletion
- We no longer need the data but you need it for legal claims
- You have objected to processing (while we verify our grounds)
How to exercise: Email us explaining why you want to restrict processing. We will limit how we use your data while we address your request.
5. Right to Data Portability
You have the right to:
- Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (like JSON or CSV)
- Transfer your data to another service provider
- Have us transfer your data directly to another controller (where technically possible)
How to exercise: Email us requesting your data in a portable format. We will provide it within 30 days.
6. Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing based on:
- Legitimate interests (we must stop unless we have compelling grounds)
- Direct marketing (we must stop immediately)
- Scientific or historical research purposes
How to exercise: Email us stating your objection. For marketing, you can also use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
7. Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making
You have the right to:
- Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing
- Get human intervention in automated decisions
- Express your point of view about automated decisions
- Contest automated decisions
Note: We do not currently make automated decisions that significantly affect you.
